Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Pcklio for use of the Pcklio platform, including play.pcklio.com, the Pcklio app and club tools. If you use Pcklio on behalf of a club or business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

You need an account to manage a club or book courts.

• Accurate detailsKeep your name, email, mobile number and club details current and truthful.
• Keep it secureYou are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• EligibilityYou must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to create an account.
• Staff accessClub owners control staff accounts and are responsible for what staff do in the club dashboard.

When you list and run your club on Pcklio:

• VerificationPcklio verifies clubs before they are published. We may ask for proof of business or location.
• Your listingsYou are responsible for the accuracy of your courts, rates, schedules, photos and policies.
• Honor bookingsConfirmed bookings must be honored. If you must cancel, notify players promptly and refund per your policy.
• Player dataUse player information only to run your club, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act.
• FacilitiesYou remain responsible for the safety, condition and operation of your venue.

New clubs get a free trial that starts once Pcklio verifies the club. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan to keep using club tools; we will never charge you without your confirmation. A paid plan continues one billing period at a time, with an invoice for each period; an invoice left unpaid past its grace period pauses club tools until it is paid. There is no long-term commitment: tell us to stop and your plan ends with the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Pcklio connects players and clubs; the booking contract for court use is between the player and the club.

• PaymentsPlayers pay the club directly: online through the club’s own payment account, by GCash to the club, or at the desk. Pcklio does not hold booking money.
• No commissionPcklio does not take a commission on court bookings. The club’s payment provider may charge its own fees.
• CancellationsEach club sets its own cancellation and refund policy, shown before booking.
• DisputesBooking disputes are first resolved between player and club. We may help, but are not obligated to.

Don’t misuse Pcklio. That includes posting false listings or reviews, harassing other users, attempting to bypass payments, scraping or reverse-engineering the platform, or using Pcklio for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as club photos, descriptions and tournament details. You give Pcklio a license to display and promote that content on the platform, including in search and on the map, for as long as it is on Pcklio.

The Pcklio name, logo, software and design belong to Pcklio. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the platform as intended.

Pcklio is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, bookings, player demand or revenue. Revenue estimates shown on our pages are illustrative only. To the extent allowed by law, Pcklio is not liable for indirect losses, injuries at venues, or disputes between players and clubs. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by nature should survive, such as payment obligations and liability limits, continue after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, unless resolved amicably first.

We may update these terms as Pcklio grows. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Pcklio after that means you accept the updated terms.
