Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to everyone who uses Pcklio: club owners and staff who manage clubs on Pcklio, players who use play.pcklio.com and the Pcklio app, and visitors to our websites. Pcklio is the personal information controller for data we collect directly.

We collect only what we need to run the service.

• Club detailsClub or business name, location, number of courts, rates, schedules and photos you publish.
• Contact detailsName, email address and mobile number of the club contact person and staff accounts.
• Player accountsName, email, mobile number, skill level and profile details players choose to add.
• Bookings & activityCourt bookings, Open Play sign-ups, tournament entries, memberships and attendance.
• PaymentsTransaction amounts, reference numbers and status. Card and e-wallet details are handled by payment providers, not stored by Pcklio.
• Device & usageIP address, browser, approximate location when you allow it, and how you use the app.

We process personal information to provide and improve Pcklio, never to sell it.

Under the Data Privacy Act, we process personal information on the basis of contract (to provide the service you signed up for), consent (for marketing and optional features like precise location), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and legitimate interest (security, service improvement and measuring our advertising).

We share information only when needed to deliver the service and to measure our own advertising.

• Clubs & playersWhen a player books, the club sees the player’s name and contact details for that booking. Players see the club details you publish.
• Payment providersThe payment providers clubs use for online payments, such as PayMongo and Xendit, which process card and e-wallet payments.
• Service providersHosting, email delivery, maps and error-monitoring providers bound by data processing agreements.
• AdvertisingOn pcklio.com’s public pages, the Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook) which pages you visit, so we can measure and improve our ads to club owners. It is not used on play.pcklio.com, club pages, or inside your account.
• Ad measurement for club ownersWhen you send the club signup form, we tell Meta a signup happened, with your device’s IP address, browser and Meta’s own cookies, but not your email or mobile. When you confirm your email, we tell Meta again with your device’s IP address and browser and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and mobile, which Meta can match to our ads but not read. When you send your club’s details for verification, start your trial and pay your first Pcklio invoice, we tell Meta with that scrambled copy, and for the payment, its amount. Meta never gets your password, ID documents or your players’ details. Players are never sent.
• Legal requestsAuthorities, when required by Philippine law or a valid court order.

Clubs that manage player data on Pcklio act as personal information controllers for their own members, and Pcklio processes that data on their behalf. Clubs are responsible for informing their players and using player data only for club operations.

We keep personal information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Transaction records are kept for the period required by Philippine tax law. Our record of the ad measurement events sent to Meta is kept for 90 days. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limited to staff who need it, regular security reviews, and breach procedures that include notifying the National Privacy Commission and affected users as required by law.

As a data subject under RA 10173, you have the right to:

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and one to remember the partner whose link brought you to Pcklio. On pcklio.com’s public pages we also use the Meta Pixel, which sets an advertising cookie and shares page visits with Meta to measure our ads; when a club owner signs up, that cookie is sent to Meta with the signup events described above. We use no other advertising or analytics cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how Pcklio works.

We may update this policy as Pcklio grows. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
